About this speaker
- Ivonne K. Herr is a graduate sports scientist, a certified resilience trainer and systemic coach based in Stuttgart, Germany. She specializes in enhancing individual resilience of coaches, supporting personal development of coaches with offering programs and trainings for coaches and athletes.
- In addition to her coaching, Ivonne is a lecturer in coaching, health psychology and health promotion at various universities (Freiburg, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, etc.) and for various companies.
- She is also a multi-certified trainer of the German Olympic Sports Federation (DOSB) and is involved in various trainings and further education programs for different state and professional associations.
- Ivonne holds workshops at congresses and conferences on topics such as resilient communication, embodiment and emotion regulation in sport for numerous national and international sports associations in various sports disciplines.
