- Marie-France Mercier is currently Tennis Canada & Director of Coach Education and Services.
- She has been involved in certification for the past 18 years as a course facilitator for Tennis Canada in both the Club Professional and the High-Performance Stream.
- She has been part of the development of all the current coaching courses and their approval by the Coaching Association of Canada.
- She is also responsible for all Professional Development and various resources offered to coaches across the country.
- Marie-France also oversees the TPA (Tennis Professional Association) which regroups over 4300 tennis coaches across the country.
